The videos on this website show my enthusiasm for teaching and training. The documents on this website show how I apply the same enthusiasm to writing online help, training materials, and other educational documents.
Regardless of the topic or length of what I write, I work hard to make the document seem simple.

I apply the same dedication to improving my writing, by asking experts and novices to review my writing. Experts give feedback about the accuracy of what I write, and novices give feedback about the clarity of my writing. I also enjoy planning and actively managing the timeline for any project, so we finish on-time and create materials we can be proud of.
